TCL’s 5G Mobile WiFi P50 hotspot has been confirmed to support 5G mmWave and integrate wireless charging, positioning the device as a key part of the company’s next-generation connectivity portfolio showcased at CES 2026.

The confirmation, included in a CES 2026 technology round-up, aligns with TCL’s broader strategy to link high-speed mobile internet access with its expanding ecosystem of displays, smart home devices and AI-powered cross-device services. The P50 is presented as a portable 5G solution designed for users who need reliable broadband on the move, including business travelers and remote workers.

According to TCL’s official CES materials and recent connectivity announcements, the 5G Mobile WiFi P50 supports full-spectrum 5G across both mmWave and Sub-6GHz bands, with peak 5G rates of up to 3.97 Gbps for compatible networks. On the local network side, it uses a Wi-Fi 7 BE5800 platform, offering tri-band connectivity and peak Wi-Fi throughput of up to 5.8 Gbps, while accommodating up to 64 connected devices simultaneously.

The device is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery, enabling up to 12 hours of continuous operation, and also functions as a power bank. TCL describes the P50 as the industry’s first 5G mmWave mobile Wi-Fi product to integrate both fast charging and wireless charging capabilities, allowing users to top up compatible smartphones and devices directly from the hotspot without cables.

Beyond connectivity and charging, the P50 includes a 2.4-inch touchscreen to display data usage, network status, connected devices and guest network information, alongside a Gigabit Ethernet port for situations where a wired connection is preferred. TCL has situated the hotspot within its wider CES 2026 line-up, which also features new display technologies, smart home products and a cross-device AI ecosystem intended to link TVs, mobile devices and connected appliances.

TCL has not yet detailed market-specific availability or pricing for the 5G Mobile WiFi P50. The company is continuing to highlight the hotspot, together with its new Wi-Fi 7 mesh router, as part of its ongoing CES 2026 demonstrations and connectivity roadmap.
